Of course, bringing alcohol is not allowed. As for pets, you can bring them along with you, but only on certain areas of the beach. In case of emergency, there are lifeguards on standby. Daytona Beach is dedicated to taking care of the environment and its inhabitants. This is why they are keen on caring for sea turtles, and people who visit here need to abide with that.
